- Ingredients: Wheat Flour ( unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),Water, Salt, Yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate)
Allergens: Wheat - Flour is never bleached or bromated
- Fermentation: 24-48 hours
- Storage: Use within a day or freeze.
- Use: Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 450°F or higher. Pizza can be made on frozen crust. (This is actually the way I prefer it! – Sue )
